• A careful review of a comprehensive intake form and any pertinent laboratory work
• Intake conversation where we will go over your health history, current health issues, and set wellness goals
• A written customized wellness plan which may include herbal, nutritional, supplement, and daily practice recommendations
• Limited email support for 1 month

Follow-Up Consultation

An initial follow up appointment is highly recommended about 4 weeks after implementing the wellness plan in order to assess changes, affirm that the remedies are working for you, and to make adjustments where necessary. Subsequent follow up appointments are recommended every 3-4 months or as needed to meet your health goals.

I believe that all people should have access to quality health care. If you are struggling financially and the lowest sliding scale option is out of reach, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Remedies
Recommendations may include custom formulated herbal tinctures, vinegars, tea blends, topical salves and oils, or advanced herbal preparations like Soxhlet extracts. Clients may also receive some foundational dietary supplement recommendations like Vitamin D and Magnesium. These may be ordered through the Fullscript dispensary where clients receive 20% off retail via Golden Birch Apothecary’s online store.
Herbal remedies are crafted from herbs that I have grown, consciously wild crafted, or sourced from trusted herbalists and growers. I strive to use local herbal remedies whenever possible and will continue to endeavor towards a bioregional apothecary. I also have access to the Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine’s compounding dispensary where I can make custom herbal formulations from a wide array of plant medicines and have them sent right to the client’s door.
